Working with Brazos Home Builders was a horrible experience and wish I never used them. His lack of building experience and knowledge building homes cost me money because of his constant mistakes. He did whatever it took to do poor quality work and expect us to sign off on it and be happy. He would get very offended and violent when we would tell him that we were not happy with his work. He cut every corner possible that would put more money is his pocket. We hired an inspector for the final inspection and he found over 35+ deficiencies with our house, when we let Raul know that we needed these corrected he said he didn’t have to fix them
and the inspector did not know what he was talking about. One example of his deficiencies would be when he used AC ductwork to vent my kitchen vent hood and just left it in the attic instead venting it with hard pipe and outside. I cut my losses with Raul and got him out of the picture. My reason for writing this review is because Raul is an incompetent contractor who lacks what it takes to complete jobs the the right way and I do not want other people to have to go through the complete chaos that we had to go through. Stay away from this contractor. He deserves zero stars but I was forced to click at least one.
