and was stationed in Ft Lewis, Washington serving with the Army Corps of Engineers. Upon
leaving the Army, Mr. Hopkins pursed construction in several capacities: Project Manager,
Residential Contractor, Permit Technician, Building Inspector, and Commercial General
Contractor. Mr. Hopkins has over 30 years of construction experience.
• Mr. Hopkins has held the position of Project Manager for several large construction firms to
include: Toll Brothers, Gamma Construction, and Varian Medical Systems. Mr. Hopkins then
went on to purse his career as a General Contractor in the Federal, State, and private sectors.
• Mr. Hopkins has overseen the construction of several mid to high-end homes for Toll Brothers in
Florida, several interior remodels of Sports Authority’s across the Nation, and several residential and
commercial projects in Colorado.
• As a General Contractor, Mr. Hopkins has been involved with the design and built several types
of projects to include: a condominium complex with 350 units, custom homes, restaurants,
banks, offices, retail, industrial, and a multitude of marijuana related projects along with several
State and Federal projects.
