Please please do your research and review actual homes this contractor has sided, especially if your home has any level of difficulty. They talk a good talk but did 95% of the project incorrect. Kept stating that our concerns were minor details and that he was 90% done and we needed to pay him in order to proceed with the project. Our concerns included: incorrectly installing our shingle siding (it began buckling and popping out 1 week after installation), not installing flashing and j- channel correctly, not adhering to local building code, putting nails through vinyl siding, damaging my new front door, damaging our flat screen, damaging my roof, not insulating our home... the list goes on and on. I would highly advise using someone else. Our concerns were validated by the building inspector, several contractors, and the manufacturer of the siding he installed. We need to strip the the siding and start over. So expensive and disappointing. Owner will not refund us and we paid him 26K already! It so upsetting and discouraging.

DO NOT hire this company. Our condo association hired them to rebuild a 3 story porch and replace the walkway beside the building. When the workers arrived, they did not have the materials to redo the walkway and asked the residents of the building if tools were available. They poured thin concrete over the cracks. The contract specified that they would remove and replace the walkway. They jacked up the side of the house after removing the support beam and left it that way for weeks. The third floor porch was jacked up so high it's at a visible slant and is unusable. The contract specified they would replace all the railings, but reused the old ones. The railings on the first floor are rotting. The steps on the first floor are not finished and are not to code as indicated by the City of Cambridge building inspector. The beams are pulling away on the roof of the first floor. The contract stated they would remove and clean up all debris. They left a mess. They did not pull permits, but given the kind of work they contracted to do, should have done so. The condo association has had to hire a second contractor and spend additional money to have the entire structure removed and rebuilt. BRC and its owner refuse to take any responsibility for this terrible work
