The roof job was done in a satisfactory manner BUT the customer service lacks a lot. A piece of facia came off the front of the roof and I called 3 times to have them come back out to put it up and no one even returned my calls. This piece of facia has been up for the last 25 years with no problem until their men were up putting on the roof. I have to think it came loose when they were putting on the roof .
