Boris Shtulman installed a new Carrier oil heater in my house. 4 months after installation, there was a problem. Boris would give all kinds of excuses of the type 'the dog eat my homework". I called another HVAC guy. He found the problem in 10 minutes and corrected it in 20 minutes. I also found that Boris did a shoddy job of installation (duck work) cutting corners everywhere.

Breeze Hvac/R Inc
Boris, the owner of the company, uses his colon instead of his brain. After he installed a new heater, my a/c conditioner started to freeze. Apparently, he put in incorrect ducts. He also installed a part of the heater incorrectly. I had specialists from another HVAC company put in correct ducks and reposition a part of the heater and a/c today. Now a/c works as it should.
