WARNING: AVOID A LANDSCAPER NAMED PAUL ANDERSON! We recently hired a landscaper named Paul Anderson who owns BT Anderson Landscaping. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, unethical, hostile and aggressive. He yelled at us multiple times and actually hung up on us on the phone one day. He never answered emails, texts or phone calls until he wanted something or needed his money. He refused to answer our questions and berated us every chance he could. He yelled at his crew and fired them in our driveway, when they were trying to do the job the correct way. He misled us into thinking we were getting established plants and trees (i.e. with extremely heavy root balls per his description) but we received small, immature plants -- that still had the stickers on them from the local greenhouse! He charged us a great deal of money for something that we could have done ourselves. In addition, it was promised to be done in about 2 weeks, but it took over 7 weeks to complete. He blamed us for all delays and was the most disrespectful person we have ever dealt with! We are now have dead plants in our yard that have a 1 year guarantee and also water still standing in our yard that the drains he places were supposed to fix. HE WILL NOT RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS or EMAILs!! Our recommendation....AVOID THE FRUSTRATION AND FIND ANOTHER LANDSCAPER! This guy is a crook!
