We hired Breiter, biggest contractor mistake we have ever made. Been well over a year, contractor never completed project, never pulled building permits, Loan company had paid contractor in full and then agreed after providing pictures of incomplete system that contractor had failed to complete terms of contract, and issued a refund and cancelled loan. Now we are suing, these guys are scam artists stay away- and if you find yourself in the same situation in MA / NH here is my Attorney’s info he is representing several others in regards to Breiter.

I signed a contract for Solar Panels and Battery storage in August 2020. The work is not complete but I am servicing the loan for this. No energy savings just a loan for hardware that is not deliverered, installed or working. The hardware installed failed electrical inspection.
