Breivik quoted three Glendon Biofilter septic drain field installations for me on Chuckanut Point Rd in Bellingham, WA. They completed two and then I hauled the job on the third field, the most difficult one. They did not provide the control panels as promised in the contract. When asked by me to furnish proof that they paid for the Glendon system permit, they said that they typically do not provide that to the public. Only when I threatened to sue did they provide two receipts with lot legal description written in while everything else is typed. Just know my experience tell me that breivik will cut corners and short change you somehow. We had to refund each lot buyer $1400 for the Glendon license and the control panel. It is cheap for a reason. Do not hire them.
