    My experience was simply horrible. My building was completed in October of 2014. Despite many attempts to repair it, my roof still leaks. I learned, too late, that the subcontractor who installed the roof made a bid with a non-existent company, which did not have a State Contractor''s License. I have been advised that the roof needs to be removed and replaced. This is only one of many problems that remain to be corrected. My building was a pre-manufactured Butler building, so there is no excuse whatsoever.
