I phoned Cogavin about replacing a water heater. I told him what I wanted and asked if he was interested in the job, to be done about two weeks later. He responded that he was interested, that he would research what water heaters were available and then he would get back to me. It's now about a month later, and he hasn't gotten back to me. Thank goodness I didn't have an emergency.
