Brendan Waters of Waters Construction did not stand behind his work. He was the contractor that hired Madden Plastering to do such a poor job and then refused to replace, repair or even discuss the rusting of the stucco. He blames the customer which is not good business practice. The facts speak for themselves. Stucco should not rust. Ever.

Comprehensive planning, highly responsive, easy to work/coordinate with. On short notice, Brendan was able to mobilize his troops to deal with a major renovation work due to a water leak. Very good project management and coordination all throughout (subcontractors etc, decisions for materials, discussions on options, etc). Frequent visits to assess progress; highly responsive when trying to problem solve. Positive attitude all throughout as well. Summary: if opportunity arises again, I wouldn't hesitate to work with Brendan and his group again.
