A horrific mistake we made by hiring Brent Green and his painter wife to build our new home. Our allowances we chose and those contractors were impeccable. Brent has no business being a builder. He finagled our building funds to subsidize his personal demises. Left jobs undone, very destructive in use of materials, used subs not suited for their jobs and Brent did not inspect their work. We are now left having to go back and redo some very serious aspects of build as well as cosmetic finishes. He basically got the majority of his contractors fee and left. Our new home will be extremely nice with quality workmanship......after we redo his shoddy work.
