If you ever hear the name Bret C Thorne, or any other company he claims he owns like Orion Architects/ARCHITECHNIQUE DESIGN-BUILD, INC just run. This guy is 100% a scam artist who is just looking for work. He came into to my house, under a company that is not licensed or bonded, and did a college essay of a report that said, I did all these tests on your windows and none of them proved anything, so I recommend doing a test that costs 2k to do and another 1k to fix after, even tho we don't know if there is a problem but here is a 40k bill to fix it. So I had two different inspectors come out and look at the windows and even look in all the walls with and IR gun, and everything he said might be wrong was fine, nothing was wrong, the estimate the inspector told was 2k to 3k which is the same price of the tests he wanted to do. The reason I am writing this review is because this guys claims to have 10+ years of experience but not a single mention of anything he has done from anyone else in any corner of the internet. So my advice is to run and never talk to this guy if you hear his name or any of his companies which are scams.
