My hot water heater burnt out and Brett responded the same day within minutes (and it was Easter ooooyyy) and select the heater and the price - pay for it - all within about 5 minutes and he came out promptly and replaced the heater just as explained and as I anticipated with no problem whatsever - Brett is a courteous, efficient, trustworthy, hardworking individual - he even followed up after - 5 stars - APlus!!!

Brett and his father installed a new hot water tank and the work was done promptly and efficiently. He was punctual and very pleasant to deal with, and I heartily recommend him and his work

I had an emergency problem with my water heater leaking water in my basement and needed help A.S.A.P. Brett 's call was very prompt . He was able to set up an appointment the very next day. He was so very polite and courteous - I was very pleased that I was dealing with a person who knew his trade so well. He even was nice enough to call me and say he was "running a bit early"!!That is something I have never heard anyone say before. Then during a fast downpour - he called to report that he was pulling over to get out of the storm so that my new water heater (in a box) would not get wet.. What a polite and thoughtful young man!! He came to my home shortly after and did an amazing job. He was very nice and clear with the process and so professional. He made sure I was completely satisfied before he totally cleaned up. I would highly recommend him for his superb services.
