Beware!! Brett Holliday installed a vinyl fence for me consisting of x5 holes for posts, and x4 fence panels, approx. 23ft. He initially quoted me verbally that he charged 45.00 an hour. When Brett submitted the bill, he charged me by the foot, and even charged for the cut away pcs by foot. As I understand it, by California state law Brett is supposed to give a written bid/contract. He did not. This should have taken 1/2 of a day to install. Brett says it took him 3.5 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRETT HOLLIDAY. He charged me over 1200.00, this should have been under 500.00. This was just for labor. I purchased vinyl fence and posts myself, and had on site.
