On March 29th, 2019 I hired Brett Hackathorn to install a Gree mini split. I had to get a loan & this was a major expense for this senior widow. It took 3 hrs to install & he charged me $2400. When he left he said he would be back to put a different type of electrical cord on the unit & that he would register my unit with the company & email me my 10 yr warranty. When I looked through the paperwork he left with me I was very disappointed he had not given me a receipt. I called & left him a message but he never returned my call. I continued to call for 9 days & he never called me. I emailed him several times & he never responded. He never registered my unit, never got me the warranty & never returned to replace the electrical cord. Fortunately, I haven't had any problems with the unit but I am seeking out another technician in the event I ever do. I am extremely disappointed in Brett's lack of business ethics.
