We had a heat pump AC system installed by BRG Air Systems in June/July of 2021. Two years prior we had done a major home renovation and had new ceilings throughout the house. A few months after installation of the AC system we discovered leaks in the ceiling in the kitchen. My husband tracked it down to extreme condensation from the air ducts and called BRG to investigate. They have been out a number of time since and have been unable to come up with a solution to the problem. At this point we have stains and holes in the ceiling from this water and the ceilings will have to be redone once the leaks are stopped. Their only solution so far was to drop off a small piece of insulation that will cover only a small portion of the ducts involved. It has taken two years to get to this point which is not helpful and today my husband is in the attic trying to figure out how to resolve the issue since they have been unable to help. This system cost us in excess of $16,000. We are, to say the least, disappointed in the lack of attention to a problem created by them which they have been uninterested in or unable to resolve. We are now faced with paying someone else to fix the problem as well as paying someone to repair the ceilings.
