Working with this contractor dBA Harmon Quality Builders has been a series of excuses, late arrival and shortages of material, shortage of manpower, unskilled workers attempting skilled finish work. This contractor maintaned a messy, congested and unsafe work site.
Work not follow up on promises, over biled for work done and in general poorly organized the starting of other trades.
Did not close in the chimmeny outlet or properly prepare the flashing on the roof which resulted in a leak which I must repair on my own.
Left the job site up manned for weeks at a time and rarely worked a full week.
Let a pile of contractor debris and concrete truck dump which must be cleaned up on my own.
I had to fire this contractor for not completing my project after a continued failure to return to complete work after giving three week notice to show up on site to complete work.
This contractor cannot build a set of stairs properly. Both the back and front stairs had to be torn out and replaced and they are still not achored sufficently and are unsafe to decend.
A mud pit was left at the front entrance after the inspector told him his work was not satisfactory.
I cannot recommend this contractor. MY BEST ADVISE IS TO WARN ANYONE NOT TO USE HARMON QUALITY BUILDERS OF MADISON, MS 39130
