  We hired Brian to replace our deck. He did 99% of the work in a timely and professional manner. There remained a question to step lighting that Brian recommended that one set of lights would suffice. He asked if we would give the one set a trial and if we decided that the second set was needed that he would come back and install them. Brian was paid in full that day (my mistake). After a week we decided that we would need the second set of step lights as it we dangerous without them. I called Brian and he said for me to pick up the second set of lights and that he would come by and install them. That was the last time Brian took any of my calls or answered and on my texts.

  Brian is nice but severely lacking communication skills. He also has problem keeping the promised estimated completion time. He behaves very immaturely, he talks as very approachable and understanding but thinks very negative and unprofessional. He is not very experienced, I would say he can be a good handy man, but not a good general contractor.
