NOT GOOD, STAY AWAY FROM BRIAN DAVID FRYE. Was recently referred to from Staton Heating & Air, Marietta, GA who we have done business with for 8yrs since retiring to GA. They said this was the first time they referred him and since this experience, we have let them know how disappointed we were. Our problem was a 9yr old AO Smith water heater. Brian installed a burner system part and labor totaling $225.00. Ok, we paid. Two wks later, we had a leak frm the water heater from upstairs into our downstairs kitchen. ceiling damage, floor damage, etc. etc. We phoned him the next morning and he said he would come to us after a mtg. scheduled 10am. We stayed in all day waiting and nothing after several phone calls and leaving messages. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Doesn't he know how to install a new water heater? His business card says he is a "Master Plumber". Our daughter came to our rescue and sent Reliable Heating & Air to install a Rheem water heater on Saturday and are very pleased with the outcome. Have never experienced such poor customer service in our life. A hard lesson to learn in our retirement years.
