    $26,500

I signed a contract with this crook in October of last year to build an attached garage on my property and gave him a check for thousands of dollars. He ordered only $1000 worth of wood for framing. HE removed the siding from my house. Here I am months later with a poorly framed garage with only three walls up and no roof. When my husband and I contact him he said he used our money to pay his bills and fines and has no more money to complete the project. I have contacted an attorney and will be filing criminal and civil suit against him. The word needs to get out about this con man. I would not even give him 1 star. Please do like I did and reach out to the police and have an attorney ready.

    Interior remodel
    $35,000

We had a similar experience to Dale B. We hired Brian to refinish our house after some water damage which involved new flooring, drywall, etc. initially he had some good ideas, but progress was extremely slow, one excuse after another. When we confronted him about finishing he took his tools and we never heard from him again.
DO NOT HIRE HIM! Bad news

    complete interior restoration
    $35,000

I had extensive flood damage in the winter of 2019 and the whole inside of the home was completely destroyed. The home needed to be restored from the studs in on 2 floors. He came and gave me an estimate and the price seemed fair so I hired him. Before starting I asked him how long it would take to complete the project, he said 6 weeks. He received his first draw on 09/02/2019. Here it is February of 2020 and the project has still not been completed and he has since deserted the project unfinished. He gave every excuse in the book, he also left the electric heat on high when he was hardly
there. The last 2 months my electric bills were $500 each that's $1000 when he did nothing. When I called to complain his daughter answered the phone and said that he was very sick and in the hospital. I called the hospital and they had no record of him ever being there. Now I have to hire another contractor to finish the job. I would not recommend him to anyone you would be sorry

We hired Brian to build a dock...he was reasonably priced and attentive to the project initially. It ended up being more than he could handle as the dock fell apart 2 years later...he never made good on it. Promised to take care of it and came to look at it...never heard from him again and did not return any phone messages after that...hid from us... Very disappointing...beware. We had to have it rebuilt.

Brian came out himself to view the project and meet with me. His estimate seemed very fair. He came back as scheduled and started the work as planned. There is some additional work to finish the project that still has to be done and should be scheduled shortly but otherwise Brian did a great job!!
