We hired Brian to do renovations to all the bathrooms, fireplace, kitchen, and laundry room. Over a month, he only worked 2 days and showed up very inconsistently. We made over a $10,000 deposit which he of course promptly cashed. As of 12 April, he vanished, not replying to any calls or texts. All he did was deliver a few of the construction supplies and partially demolished one bathroom. Attempting to email him will get a response saying "Account has been closed". Contacted Thumbtack.com (where we found and hired him) and they notified us that he closed his account. I had a lawyer look at the contract we signed and he said it was a very unusual contract and said I should sue.

BEWARE of this contractor, he is a scam artist, he will take your money and abandon the job... Do NOT trust him whatsoever! I hired him to do repairs for an insurance claim...paid him and then he doesn't return calls or texts...Look elsewhere for a contractor!

Brian Green used deceitful and fraudulent business practices to take $33,000 from me for an investment in real estate he never purchased and abandoned a remodel job after being paid $30,000 .
