WE hired Brian Perry of Perry's Plumbing and Heating in Toms River,NJ. We were building a house and hired him. He and his crew would start a project and we had to call numerous times to get him back here. For example, he installed a NEW boiler/furnace. It continually leaked. He tried fixing it and he could not stop the leak. He always said he would come back and fix it. He never did. Another example, he was supposed to install a clean out box in our driveway. It took him over a month to get here. He never completed the work that he was paid to do. We had to hire another plumber and went to court to sue Brian. He never showed up, so we won! What does that tell you about the person. WE have a judgement against him. I would not hire Brian or his company as they provided very poor service to us.

Brian Perry ripped me off for $800.00!
He priced out the job for more baseboard heating. I gave him the deposit for supplies. He would say he is coming and then never show up. He did that 3 or 4 time with crazy excuses. One time he came and ripped out my base molding drilled holes in my floors messed up my walls and then never came back. Never answered his phone. This was in January 2019. I just found out he is back working in my town. I will be taking him to court.
