I hired Brian Touchton to build my new construction home .... at first the process was going smooth .... i saw the progress coming along and was very happy with that ... the last month of my house being built seemed to be a rush .... I was called to do a final walkthrough and it was horrible ... drywall was showing through the paint .... graffiti was left on my garage .... trash was left throughout the house .... vinyl siding was falling off .... I would not recommend this builder ... he does not go back and check the work that the workers do .... the excitement of my first home was diminished by the poor work put forward by this company ... an amendment was added to my closing contract and as of 2 weeks the work still has not been complete.... do not build to suit with him!!! He will rush your house
