If you're looking for a contractor who actually gets back to you with a quote, don't contact this one. Told us he would be getting a quote back to us in one week. After a week and a half, I wrote to him to see if he was close to getting us a quote and he said he needed more time. After two weeks, I wrote to him again after not hearing from him and he told me he would have the quote to me in 3 days. Never heard from him again. Complete waste of time.

Brian is the ultimate contractor. To the person above who did not receive a quote, it’s because he is an outstanding contractor who runs his business on his own. You meet with him, he does the work, he is so reasonable & professional. Does it take him a while to provide a quote, yes, but he is worth the wait. He is busy, very busy, because he is so sought after. You want a quote in a week, good luck with who you get to do the work. I requested quotes from 5 contractors for a renovation. It tooks 2 months to get them all then more time to meet with each one. Brian was the most reasonable price & we then waited for 3 months for the job to begin. Our home looks amazing & we will be a customer of Brian’s for a long time.
