I would NEVER recommend this handyman-would never even call him a contractor. He sold us windows that are crap after telling us they were as good as Paella for a fraction of the price---they are Royal Aluminum Junk.
He installed them like it didn't matter to him if they fit or leaked. We called him the next day to complain and he didn't care. He was paid and that was all that mattered to him. We called Royal in Newark and the man yelled at me. The 55 year old windows my mother had in originally were a million times better. We called Brian several times and he never responded. He is a terrible handyman and takes advantage of people. The windows are so badly installed I have to keep plastic on them!!! He takes no pride in his work and he gives handyman a bad rap. A true unprofessional so beware public!

I do not recommend this contractor. I had to get the expensive tile redone in my kitchen after two weeks of his work. I had to repurchase the same tile over again. He seemed he did not care and we were very nice to him with buying lunches, etc. He fired his tile guy and he did it himself. He seemed he hated us even though he was a close friend in the area. We thought it was a good idea to use someone we knew. He did not care about the fine molding on the cabinets and used a power tool to put them in and caused a crack in the fine trim. I watched him do it and he said before he started the the power tool would break it and he did it anyway. That was gross negligence because he did not care. What I am also pissed off about is that my in laws never said anything to me about his shootty work and laughed after it happened. This was a 30k new kitchen. He put the cabinet under light molding in wrong. My ceiling is off by three inches and he said it would only be a fraction. He was not cheap and cost the same as regular contractor. I would stay away. He hates people and is ill. Also, he did not show up for weeks at a time while we were without a kitchen for three months. I had to curse at him repeatedly in order to complete the work. Then he shows up in a Lexus SUV so he is making money. If I sell my house I will need to level the ceiling which will cost me 3k and the beautiful crown molding will need to be mitre again which cost me $5 dollars a foot. Stay away. You will regret big time. He also said he would put in insulation in the back of my kitchen and never did. The area gets very cold in the winter. He should not be permitted to do work. Reckless maniac. Carteret's finest.
