I have worked with Brian 2 projects - remodeling my kitchen and bath, and remodeling my business (a medical office). On time, within budget. Works hard and efficiently but does very high quality work. Very fair and committed to seeing the job done right. To give you an example, part of the job required the use of an industrial strength adhesive for a special tile floor. The product was supposed to set up in 20 minutes, during which time it requires 'supervision' because the adhesive expands and can push the tiles out of alignment or bubble up between them. Unfortunately, it turned out that something was wrong with this particular batch (which comes premixed and sealed - I happened to be there when they opened it) and it took 5 hours to set up. Brian would up relieving his crew at the end of the day so that they could go home and staying for the last 2 hours so that we didn't have to rip out the tiles and start again. And he didn't charge me anything additional. That's how committed he is to getting the job done right. Speaking of his crew, he has a great one. No cigarette butts found like the last contractor I had and, throughout the job (not just at the end), I came home to a house cleaner than I had left it. Finally, I have 3 cats and it's extremely important to me that they are kind to and mindful of my animals whereabouts. Brian and his crew were so sweet to them. In fact, I think one cat was sad to see them go when the job ended. I would strongly recommend this contractor.
