I have hired Brian's custom painting for both inside and outside of my home. The inside was great, and had no issue.. or so I thought. They got paint on my dresser in the spare bedroom on the side of the piece of furniture. Unless I had to move the furniture, I would not have noticed. I didn't see the paint on the furniture until I actually had to move the furniture. No doubt that they saw this, but never mentioned a thing to me. Then I had them do the outside, still unaware of the paint on the furniture. This is another story. Bubbling paint on the door, and peeling in other areas The bubble on front door just recently happened, and although he says a one year guarantee, that means nothing. No return calls.He doesn't stand behind his work. I have messages and no return call. I would not recommend this company at all and I see they have c rating on the BBB. He offers a guarantee, but that is worth nothing. I would not recommend this company. As of the time of this review, nothing has been done to rectify my painting issue.

I used Brian's painting several times and he kept his word on his guarantee. A bit over 10 years ago, Brian painted the fascia around my house and did a great job! I recently noticed the paint starting to peel off on a specific area of the patio deck and that was only due to water residue on the roof of the patio, hence the paint starting to peel just in that corner.
He painted 4 rooms in my house and still in great shape.
He just finished painting my wrought iron fence all around the front of my house due to the fence started to rust. He gave me a 10 year guarantee and he holds up to the guarantee.
He did a great job due to the fence having designs and difficult to get to every area.
Which brings me to ask the question on the negative review
San Bernardino, just curious if the paint on your dresser was ever brought to Brian's attention.
Not sure if it was him or one of his employees.
In all fairness, very important to bring it to his attention to get the issue resolved.
There's no question in my mind that Brian would have addressed the issue and take care of it.
In all fairness that is what is expected for you to do.
The good part is that he's a very pleasant person and his rates are excellent!
Don't take my word for it, simply get a few quotes and then call Brian's custom painting and see the difference.
