Something really wrong with this unprofessional "contractor " Takes deposits and runs to the bank to cash the check and then hids from his promises. "Big Beware"!!!! Give no advance monies to this guy. He takes good peoples money with no intention nor skill to complete what is promised in a real pro like fashion. He has burnt far to many. Sad that our laws don't protect from these types

I would never use this contractor!

ZERO STARS - I've been dealing with Brian for almost 2 years now and his reliability has disappeared. He will say that he will stop by to fix something simple, then never show or call. After I remind him, he'll set another date and say he will come by with his crew and fix it quickly in a few hours. He then will never show. For example, I contacted him May 17, 2017 about patching holes in my house. I've reminded him (called/texted) well over 6 times and it is July 23, 2017 and he still hasn't patched the hole. I've let it go this long only because I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am crossing him off my list of contractors to use on my properties.

Brain and his crew did a remodel of the forecloser i purchsed. It was a complete MESS, and his crew made it my DREAM house. People who saw the before and come over now cannot beleive how good Brian's team made it. They did the entire house flooring removed and put down tile and hardwood. Every night they cleaned up as if they were not there. The work is outstanding, meticulous they make it PERFECT. They fix and refix until it is right and i am happy. remodeled the basement, bathroom and bedbroom. OUTSTANDING work!

I have seen a lot of work done by this company. They do excellent and meticulous work and provide quality customer service.I would highly recommend them for any job that you may need done.

Brian robbed me of 20 thousand dollars to build a deck he demo'd my back yard left it demolished and stalled and stalled because he could not get the permits due to his indiscretions and fraudulent activities there for he took my money knowing full well he could not build my deck. He was convicted of fraud in 2005 in the state of illinois. He shuts his phone off for days on end than he stops by every few weeks and will come up with an excuse why he can't work I gave him 8k for my materials that I never received . He is well versed in the buisness of fraud you see as long as you keep showing up you can take someone's money and drag it along for months and maybe years . He wrecked my home and my life I am warning anyone who comes into contact with him he is a con man I hired him in 2009 and he had 20 years experience now in 2014 he has 19 years you be the judge.

We hired this contractor, we were promised our job in a week time frame, two weeks tops, 7 weeks after the two weeks went by and job was still not even half done (and we gave them 50% of the deposit, big mistake)... It is now 5 months later and we are still trying to fix the job they started and never finished... Granted we did fire him after the extra 7 weeks, but the quality and finishing of the job they started is sub par (we're not big fans of wavy/uneven drywall, goopy caulked edges, nothing being cohesive and or straight), and with his poor attitude it was so much less stressful to loose the money then deal with him any further... The only reason we waited so long to fire him, was because we did give him the money and we couldn't afford to loose it, but after 9 weeks total and him blaming us for why he didn't get his job done... I'm sorry we could be the biggest a**holes in the world and make them redo everything 4 times (which we didn't, just trying to come up with a solution to fix the mistakes), he still had no right to treat us the way he did, it was all due to his lack of organization... So think long and hard before you hire this contractor.
