    Bought a house
    $150,000

Bought a house he built in 2018. This man is extremely hot headed and rude when it comes to pointing out building issues and errors that need addressed. Poor subcontractor siding installed on the house, I am sure he was aware the sub did not use NEAR enough nails to secure the siding on the house. When the wind blows it sounds like the house is a deck of cards about to collapse. Hodge podge base board ends and at corners, it is like he did not know how to finish off these areas. Garage door (he installed) has always been squeaky loud and not on track. Visibly shakes whenever it goes up or down. Finished painting was horrible, and had to be totally redone before closing. Subs he used for plumbing had cross threaded pipes, which caused a leak that was not evident until months later. This caused the padding and carpet to have to be pulled up and removed. It took over 15 repeated calls to get him to respond (I was not giving up!). A hole was cut into the wall to access the issue to correct. This was corrected, but I was left with a huge hole in my wall to repair myself as well as replacing carpet and padding. He stated he was no longer building, so I was pretty much out of luck. Overall, he was an extremely sloppy builder. Once he had me under contract to buy, he slacked off on any good finishing touches. Would NOT recommend Brian Sanders.
