    Deck Replacement

    Our deck was rotting and was in dire need of a replacement. Briarwood Builders replaced and extended the deck for us. They were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. The few minor issues that we ran into were quickly addressed. I would gladly hire them again to do another job for me. A pleasure to work with. I was delighted that they had an attitude of lets make sure the customer is happy with the work being done. Love it.

    Deck Repair project

    Kevin installed Trex as the floor of my deck and doubled up on support beams that were rotting which seemed a very efficient way to correct the problem. He tightened the fence's horizontal beams, and replaced a horizontal beam and some of the uprights. The deck is certainly in much better condition than it started. Also, he spaced the flooring which, in light of the snow that gets on the deck in winter and the super-heating that occurs in summer, will be beneficial and not something I thought of. My only reason for a 4 rather than a 5 star rating is that I expected "replacing damaged uprights and horizontal beams" to include painting them.
