Totally unprofessional company. The contractor went into negotiations with us and everything seemed fine. We were planning to move out to get the work started, we lined up a rental and everything. Then on the day to start work he refused to sign the agreement and walked. If he had issues with the agreement we were working on (with his input) then it would have been nice to say something earlier. Instead he literally waited until the day to start work and had a temper tantrum and left. Do not even start talking to this company they are shady and unprofessional.
