I do not recommend this company. Michael flooded my basement. He reinstalled the sump pump and forgot to plug in the hose in it so the water was poured on the basement floor. He declined to come back and see what is going on so I had to hire another company to fix his mistake. I cleaned the basements to hours and had to dry it for days.
Also, I asked him upfront not to reduce the depth of the hole. However, he did cut it in a half and said that it is better. Now, another company has to enlarge the hole back on to make it appropriate for the pump.
So, No I do not recommend it.
