The problems have been so many, the lack of the ability to control the subs has been so great and continue to be an issue even after a year and 4 months.
Our nightmare continues .
If I had it to do over again knowing what I do now, I would have used a different builder than Bridgenorth

I went to contract in March 2021..was given a date of completion on my contract for October 2021…needless to say, here we are in mid March 2022…yes 2022 and I still haven’t closed on my home. We get nothing but excuse after excuse. When confronted with the questions about what so many delays…they are very defensive, pass the buck around from person to person and even tried to blame us for their not having completed our home. This has caused us so much money on top of money. Our belongings are in storage, we are still living out of boxes, have had to sacrifice Christmas (that we host yearly) in our home because we not only have the things we needed but no where to put them. I have never seen or heard a builder with such awful communication with their customers and each other. Unless you have at least a year maybe even a year and half, a boat load of money (to purchase seasonal clothing) because you will be waiting through all four seasons and them some for your home to be completed. Also, the employee turn over rate is ridiculous. BridgeNorth and it’s employees should be ashamed of them selves. They have NEVER offered us any type of compensation for ALL the many inconveniences….I do NOT and would NOT recommend this builder.

Unless you willing to wait a year for your new home... chose another builder. I signed my contract in February 2021 and we are now into December and still not done. I was initially told it would be done in August. It was blamed on covid but what I see is a lack of management. They have taken on more builds than they can handle. The so far 4 1/2 month delay from when I was told it would be done has caused me a lot of problems which included the sale of another property. Bridgenorth nor Dave Sego (part owner) has offered nothing in compensation for this mess.

We moved into our new home March 19,2021 the people are very nice the house needed a lot of attention and they are slow getting things done. I’m still waiting and told when this or that will get done your will will this and that has been taken care of abs of course still waiting for the outside meter to be taken care of. I know the excuse because of Covid which I’m sure a good one but enough is enough when you pay good money for your house and work hard to get what you want you should be able to get it the way you want it.
