We had an amazing house planned. We signed a contract December 2021. We originally were told a dig date of March 2022. Then the dig date kept getting pushed back with various excuses. September we still did not break ground so we paused our build and asked for a meeting to discuss the progress of our build. We haven't heard from Jason Cassidy (the owner) since. We tried phone, text, email, and certified letter with no response. After investigating we found out Jason Cassidy stole money from multiple home builders, did not pay sub contractors, supplies or even his own staff. Currently he took all the money and is no where to be found. So stop your research of this builder. They are not building houses. If you go by the office there are multiple notices of attempted certified letter delivery and an eviction notice. I know shocking since they were builder of the year and had great reviews.
