Jeremy Briggs does not honor what he sells you. He uses substandard products and supplies and keeps everything he has charged you for. He does not honor any bid he gives you. He does not stay on the job and comes to work late and leaves a few hours after he arrives. This also includes a long break or lunch. He keeps asking for money because he has to pay his workers or he needs to get another truck or he has to pay his rent always something. He promises to be back to your job to finish the job and you never see him again. My job is not completed and the contractor will not respond to me at all. So buyer beware! I now am going to pursue legal action because Jeremy has taken $10k in payment and will not come back to finish the job. I paid in full for my job. This is not ok since I am an elderly lady on a fixed income....I am so disappointed and upset with Jeremy! So again...think twice before you agree to any thing with him. Make sure he does everything he says he will do and do not pay him any extra money because he is giving you a sob story.

Blanch you know for a fact that I never did anything wrong ...... I never stole from you...... You offered to pay me every time you gave check .!! except the one time I did need help with transportation .. in which I thanked you for on many occasions.. When I left you job you were waiting on flooring. In which you had your nephew install for you You never contacted me to notify me about the flooring arrival...I agreed to pay for the installer labor You denied .. I had one bundle of insulation and 9 sheets to hang that I had scheduled to install i purchased the materials ...... And when I arrived you where extremely rude and started screaming absurd profanities and calling me foul names .... So I tried to finish my job there were no extra materials .. The job looked great to said so your self .... My guys and I always brought are lunch for it was to far to travel to take lunch anywhere else ...... As for showing up late ..it takes awhile to get to Farmington from Moscow and loading materials at the building supply and driving out there takes time ...... The materials I used were the same products every other builder uses ..... the only thing I'm guilty of was not being able to keep my scheduled date ...... Sorry you got so upset and you know I tried to finish my job ...... but your slandering and false accusation are very uncalled for .... Have a great day Sincerely Jeremy briggs
