NO!!!!!! I am widow with bad knees so I can't inspect a roof myself plus i would not know what to look for. They came to me asking to evaluate my roof for hail & wind damage. They told me up, down, left, right, and sideways that there was damage to the roof. (providing me with a few pictuers) then they said all kinds of wonderful things about new roofing after approved by insurance.(State Farm) The next step was to file a report and get the insurance inspection. Briggs and the inspector were going over the roof. The inspector said no roofing needs replaced. Briggs left before the rest of the house was inspected. S.F found damage to ONE side of the house. I contacted Briggs signed papers to get the approved fixes done. Met, Signed papers, and like an idiot gave them money down on the project. I stated that due to winter conditions & the side needing work was close to a slope i'd like work to start in the spring. in the meantime Briggs tried to get S.F. to approve full siding to the house. (I had stated that I could not afford whole house siding) after months of trying to get the work going, I get a call saying that they will only do full siding and that my money will be returned to me. as of wrriting this I still have not had my money refunded.
