Bright Construction Stone

Bright Construction Stone is outstanding. Fernando and Francesco are both extremely intelligent, experienced and professional. Their crew is hard-working, talented and respectful. For construction and stone work (the exterior walkways as well as the marble foyer and tiled bathrooms are exceptional), they are very talented.. All the subcontractors they brought to our project (especially the electrician, plumber and glass vendor) were also outstanding. They listen to your ideas, propose some of their own, are very responsive to inquiries, and are a pleasure to work with on every level.

In the spring of 2016, we started what we thought was a fairly simple remodeling project on a 4 bedroom home in Chappaqua. We are just finishing what turned out to be an entire home renovation (studs, heating, air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems, new roof, siding and windows, addition with structural steel I-beam, complete remodeling of the kitchen and three bathrooms). The renovations took place during a period of time when we were still living out of state. Fernando oversaw the project on every level. The 60 year old home, which was built by Bradley (a premier builder in Westchester county) actually had numerous problems which were uncovered during renovations. Fernando brought different issues to our attention, explored options and budgets and helped us decide the proper route. Many times, he was called on to make decisions in our absence, but we trusted him completely and knew he was making the choice we would have made. He pays great attention to detail so all the finishes are perfect. The crown and other moldings in the house are just beautiful. Repairs were so extensive that it would have been easy for this relationship to "go South," but we continued to depend on Fernando and Francesco to guide us through levels of problems. Fernando was especially responsive to questions and concerns. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. We basically now have a 60 year old home that is BRAND NEW. We often teased Fernando that we wanted to adopt him, but it was such a pleasant collaboration that we will miss having him in our lives. The quality of work is outstanding, their ability to assess a problem or improvement and propose a solution is strong. They are wonderful builders. And lovely, kind gentlemen. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
