Terrible Customer Service!
On Tuesday October 25, 2022, we called Justin at Brightside Electric based on the referral from a friend of his. He gave us a quote (including travel from Willis to Houston) and promised to schedule the job when he returned to his office. He did not contact us and did not answer repeated texts to schedule the job date.
Finally FOUR days later, he responded that he would be here on Wednesday, November 2nd. We asked that he contact us when he was on the way. Justin did not show up and has not followed up EIGHT days later (November 9)
If Brightside Electric claims that it has great customer service, we found out that the claim is not correct. If you cannot be professional and courteous with customer follow through and promises, you undermine confidence in the quality of your work and customer service after the job is completed. We were so disappointed in the way this situation was handled.
