  Not reliable, not thorough, messy work, then they quit doing the service because they only wanted to do big high priced jobs. Very immature very unprofessional.

  Where do I begin. This entire process has been a nightmare. From day 1 when Anthony came to lay the sod in my backyard it was wrong. There were seams 3 inches apart in many areas. Other spots were not tilled evenly and have large dips. Anthony who is the owner doesn't even know how much water to set the sprinklers too and killed chunks of grass by way over doing it. His foreman even said it was a bad job when he stopped by to try and resolve. They tried to lay rocks and a rubber barrier by a small shed and with in 1 week it came apart and took 6 months to come back and fix it. Which it's still not right. He sent a kid 2 days ago to come dump dirt on the dead sod and grass and the kid didn't even seed the dirt. Literally nothing. How is this supposed to reseed the lawn?? Anthony has refused for 2 days to respond and I'm left with dead grass and piles of dirt. I have contacted Suffolk county consumer affairs and insurance which they will be coming to look at the issues and help me file a small claims court filing. Since I sent them photos and texts of our conversations. All because Anthony can't admit he doesnt belong in the grass world. Stick to cutting grass because any fool can do that. Sloppy work, unfinished work. This cost me 3650 and nothing good came from it. He texted me he would replace the sod areas but never did. Pathetic but now I know why after 11 years he has 1 other review on here. Not a good sign. I will update if this gets resolved. Otherwise BE WARNED

  These people are LIARS and INEPT!
  First they make excuse after excuse for now showing up
  and then they break a pipe and don't have the tools to repair it

  DO NOT ever get a sprinkler system installed by Briguglio Quality Cuts. I had my front yard done in May 2016. They guaranteed 1 year on the system. I made several attempts to contact them for the spring opening. Anthony B finally called back - we set up an appointment . I took off the day for the appointment & other matters. Was home at the time we agreed upon and Briguglio never showed, called and never called back when I tried to reach them again. I found someone else who is licensed & experienced in sprinkler installation. I just had my winterization for 2017-18 and the way the box with the valves were placed has to be redone in the spring of 2018 because it was placed incorrectly as stated by two different licensed in-ground sprinkler professionals. Briguglio Quality cuts showed their lack of professionalism and they would never be recommended by me to anyone. Go to a legiment sprinkler source if considering an inground sprinkler system.
