This is an approved warranty claim, assigned to Bring the Cool Three weeks ago. I got an email to complete the installation I would be required to pay Bring the Cool $2651 for non-covered items. The warranty company stated I must contact BTC for a breakdown of the charges. I have called/emailed several times with no response, all we wanted was an explanation. Now we would not use Bring the cool for any repair or even let them in my house. No integrity or honesty.
