    Living Room addition

    We can't say enough good things about Brink & Sons Construction. We hired Zac and Ray to complete an 18x24 foot living room addition to our home in Fair Oaks. The house was built in 1951 and has a few quirky elements. This created some challenges for Brink and Sons who wanted to make sure the room was built to our liking and as well as possible. We were impressed by the way that Zac and Ray handled any and all unique issues as they came up. Zac and Ray are perfectionists and they were willing to offer great advice. I recall asking them many times "If you were me, what would you do...?" Zac and Ray were great advocates for us in working with public agencies such as the building department, SMUD, etc. They managed the whole project for us, which was fantastic, but talked with us at the end of most work days to make sure that we were always a part of any decision made and that we understood what was scheduled next. Zac and Ray are extremely personable and fun to work with. In a few years we are hoping to complete a bathroom addition, and we will be hiring Brink and Sons for that as well. We highly recommend Brink & Sons Construction.
