    My old contractor did not apply for the proper permits. We were unable to sell our house. We were devastated. Michelle assisted us in getting the proper permits in place. Not only were we able to sell but we bought a new house with sale proceeds. I would use this company again.

    Hired this company to complete 152,000.00 remodel. Was impressed to learn that lead contractor was a woman. Job was completed on time and the sales person was professional and explained the process on its entirety. Securing the permits took longer than expected but I believe that had more yo do with the municipality that the company. Looking to complete a second job consisting of removal of my asphalt driveway and installing a asphalt stamped concrete one. Excited to see the outcome. Would definitely use BrinMar again.
