Andrew Alitizio did not do the work as contracted and still has my deposit of $1,500. I have attempted civil action, in Monroe County Court, which is pending as Andrew's address is not accurate.

Andrew did not complete the work on our home. We paid him $500 to begin working on the last part of our project because he begged for the money up front to pay his guys, we decided to pay by check and he then never came to complete the work. He stopped communicating entirely and eventually sent a message with vulgarities when a letter of demand was sent electronically to him. I would avoid working with him.
