Do not choose this company. I hired this company to redo my flooring and it turns out I paid them to sit on my bed for hours with their hands down their pants instead. It really sounds ridiculous. And that’s probably because it is, they guy even lifted my sheets off the bed to sit on it. The owner of the company doesn’t know who the guy who sat on my bed is. This company had unauthorized people coming into my house, sitting on my bed while playing with their crotch. The owner actually denied that this guy was at all affiliated with his company until we showed a video of the man stepping out of the owners white van. When we called the owner upset about the condition of our apartment and the man in our bed, we were actually met with hostility and hung up on. On top of the unprofessionalism, the job was never finished. There is bowing in our floor, holes in the wall, gaps in the flooring and our baseboard are all gapped, incorrectly put back on and some of them are even damaged. After all this we were only met with harassment on Facebook, yes the owner repetitively posted pictures of me and my late mom on various Facebook groups (and his main feed). He also made no effort to try and rectify the man playing with himself in our bed or the damage that has been done, all he has cared about was getting paid. So if you don’t care about paying $500 more than competitors, having subpar floors put in, minor damage to your house and random men with their forearms in their pants on your bed that they lifted the sheets off of, then this is the company for you.
