Brite Colors Painting

I hired them to paint my baseboards (not my walls) trim, doors, and cabinets. These were the main quality issues but there were also issues with unprofessional behavior such as leaving screws/knobs in random places all over the house, leaving drinks on floors/counters, rinsing brushes in the sink and leaving a mess etc.
1. They didn’t caulk any holes in the trim or baseboards. The paint was thicker in some spots and many drip spots. Many spots were also missed.
2. The paint was not even on the cabinets. There is some spots where the paint is not fully covering the cabinet especially on the routered grooves and the sides/ends. There are paint drips in many spots. The paint scuffed in some spots when they were hanging them back up and they did “quick” touch ups without giving enough time to dry causing them to stick to the inside cabinet base causing more issues.
3. Primer/Paint on every single wall by the trim/baseboards because they only taped the floor despite the fact that we didn’t hire them to paint the walls. We ended up having to pay the new contractor to paint all of the walls.
4. They covered the floor in front of the baseboards but still managed to splatter or drip paint in spots all over the house on our brand new floor that we just put in a few weeks ago.

WORST PAINTERS EVER! Hired them to paint some trim in a house we were selling, and they didn't tape or section off the trim from the walls and they basically painted about 2" up on every single wall from the trim. It looks absolutely awful. We had to go back and repaint all of the walls to get the trim paint covered. They also kept delaying their start date and didn't respond when we messaged with issues. I filed a BBB complaint that has still gone unanswered. The work they did wasn't worth half of what we paid. Terrible customer service and even worse work ethic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Brite Colors Painting did a great job painting my house. They fit me in within a week and even went back after I had to add some more painting.

More than two months ago he said he would paint my house. He keeps saying he will get to it but doesn't. Not returning by calls and now it says the phone number is not in service. Sent a letter but no response. Took my down payment on the job and now nothing.

I paid a $500 deposit for exterior painting. 7 months later I had to hire someone else because he couldn’t seem to fit me in. Now I’ve been told twice my deposit is in the mail and almost 2 months later I still don’t have it back!
