Me and my husband last year bought a new construction home from Jaime Brito. Since the 1 day we moved in the plumbing problems start. In the 1 week, he send somebody to try to fix, but the problems continuum. Next month on Jun 15 will be a year that we purchased the house. And our stress and problems continuum... I had problem in my toilet (had to be changed) and was not well fixed, I didn’t had hot water in the tub, when they fixed the hot water the hot from the sink had no pressure to came out... The drain of the tub doesn’t work (I can’t use the tub), my kitchen sink doesn’t drain properly, the electrical outlets in the kitchen was not working... the largest problem is that this company treat the clients like trash. They don’t respond, they don’t try to fix and solve the problem. I’m really disappointed, under a lot of stress because a new house is to be a pleasure, not a problem!
I really don’t recommend buy houses from the company!
