LLoyd Britt was recommended by a co-worker at my employer (Regent U.) I contacted Mr. Britt and set up an appointment for him to inspect my roof. He showed up promptly at the agreed time, checked the roof, discussed briefly what he'd observed, and told me when he would have an estimate. The estimate was ready a little early, and described in detail the work he would perform and the cost of the work. Once I gave him my approval, he and his team did the work in just two days, leaving the roof repair done looking great. Of course, they cleaned up all trash and debris. This was in the fall of 2009, and I am very satisfied with his work. I will ask him to bid on future jobs.

Two years after Lloyd Britt had replaced a small part of my roof, I engaged him to replace the rest of the roof, new gutters, and siding and trim to the full exterior, except for the brickwork. Again, he took the time to show and explain several options, and discussed the merits of each. Once he and his crew started, he continued to keep me informed of options along the way. Even allowing me to update my choices along the way they finished in just a few days, and 8 years later the house still Looks NEW. I've recommended him to other friends who were looking for improvements.
