Called them out, diagnosed a simple fan motor in the outside unit. Sounds simple? Well three weeks later, still no A/C supposedly its on order. I cant imagine any reputable A/C company having to wait three weeks on a simple part, unless they've burned all of their bridges with the supply house. Save yourself the hassle, breeze over these guys. If I could leave zero stars,I would.

Took days time come out and fix the A/C and then while it did cool, we had issues and they would not contact us to repair it, even when our home warranty company got involved- DO NOT USE!!

A terrible company to deal with. Took days to come out and diagnose a simple proble, and a over a week later still no a/c. Supposedly, the part is on order. Only using this company because of home warranty. Save yourself a heatstroke and spend the money for someone reputable to fix your ac. That is what we will be doing in the future. Britt's efficient air is NOT Efficient... Would give zero stars if possible!
