    Major house renovation

    We had one of the BEST experiences anyone expects to have when they go through stress of major house renovations with this company “Bro Builders Renovations”.

    Anyone hears about our renovation experience with Bro Builders Renovations ; can’t believe it and immediately asking for their contact Information!!!!

    Ben, Anjel and Jose are the leaders of this amazing family business.

    The factors that make this company one of the best GC company in Bay Area as we experienced it first hand are:
    1. The clear communication and follow through
    2. Meet the timeline
    3. Meet the budget
    4. Very HONEST
    5. Very thoughtful
    6. Very creative
    7. Never late to any milestones during the project
    8. Amazing customer service

    They estimated 6months to practically build a new house and in reality they got it done in 5 months considering the rain season.

    When the house was completed; they were on top of it if ANY follow up visit was required.

    It felt working with amazing competent family who CARES about you, your budget, your time and your safety.

    Adding second level(master bedroom) and remodel

    We just finished a big project with BroBuilders. I met with Jose in October 2021 when we decided to add a master bedroom on 2nd level to our exiting single story house. Jose and team were amazing from the beginning. We decided to also remodel almost 90% of the house and the end results are just extraordinary. The whole project was wonderful experience. BroBuilders are amazing with their communication. We has lots of questions and Jose was also available weather it was late night or weekend. The crew was wonderful and always cleaned up everyday. Jose is great with ideas and suggestions. Very reliable company and finished my project ahead of the estimated timeframe. They totally built and remodeled out house just the way we have wanted it. We are totally happy with the decision of choosing BroBuilders and will definitely use them for any future projects. I would highly recommend them.

    Master Bathroom

    I would definitely recommend BroBuilders as they had done an amazing job at my house. During my search for a reliable yet affordable contractor to do a master bathroom upgrade I found BroBuilders and couldn’t be happier that I did. I met different contractors and got different estimates from which BroBuilders was the most detailed on what was going to be done and the cost breakdown for each phase of the project. Benjamin Martinez took the time to explained each phase and the timeframe it would take. He was very professional while answering all my questions from the first meeting to the end of the project. He was there most of the time supervising his crew and was present during all the City inspections. One thing that I really appreciate was that he kept me informed of the progress of the work all the time. I’ve had other contractors working in my house but none had taken the time to keep my house clean and free of dust; every day the crew left my house as if there was no construction going on. I’m looking forward to do my next project with them.
